Lightheart Living LEVEL 1 Sound Healing Training Program with Melody

Sound healing has been part of my life and work for many years, both as a practitioner and as an educator. I’ve spent over 15 years teaching adults and children in the arts, facilitating workshops through my own business, and guiding people in learning how to play singing bowls in community and gallery settings.

These courses were created to offer more than just technique. My intention is to share the foundations, creativity, and energetic awareness that allow sound to become a meaningful, embodied practice — one you can return to again and again.
